Session 2: Federal Budget - When & How?

PURPOSE: The purpose of this session is to discuss how the Federal budget is prepared and the general schedule for key actions. While various laws set schedules for the key Federal Budget actions, and the rules for developing and presenting the budget, often time "off-cycle" actions or delays occur. We will also examine what happens in these situations.
